Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Due to the nature of our graphic tees, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed or made custom.

How to Return Email us at orders@hyperbolicchamber.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

UK Statutory Rights UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at orders@hyperbolicchamber.co.uk.

International Orders We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
